Department             : Sponsorship Unit

Location                     : Phnom Penh Office, ChildFund Cambodia (with possible job secondment to other target areas if needed)

Employment            : Full Time, initial one year employment agreement, with option to extend upon mutual agreement

Reports to                : Sponsor Relations Team Leader

Supervising              : N/A

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Sponsor Relations Coordinator-Database (SRC-Database) is responsible to ensure SR systems well function and report requirements are met to provide accurate and updated information across two databases at the all times.

KEY DUTIES

  • maintenance of SR systems, maintain physical and computer files and other records of enrolled children and sponsors with confidentiality and secure;
  • Produce report and update to Alliances every month included child departure, child away from community with a timely manner.
  • Ensure correspondences and information are translated with high quality and send out on time
  • Ensure all sponsorship information and tasks are processed updated and forwarded to relevant parties, as requested;
  • Ensure the completion and update of sponsor materials (data entries, child stories/child narratives, update child sick and child photos etc.), and maintain updated copies of all relevant materials according to SOP;
  • Ensure child’s information due to phase-out, natural departure and complete program are departed from systems and filing document to align with SOP.
  • Facilitate enquiries between Alliance members, sponsors and field offices and response within default time.
  • Capacity building on sponsorship data management and correspondence’s quality to sponsorship teams.
  • Monitor and review data from systems to identify the issues and sharing lesion learn and support team to develop plan to address identified issues and ensure tracking of progressing.
  • Establish good relationship with all relevance Alliance members, Key/Village Volunteers, Enrolled Children & Families and sponsorship team at field.
  • Represent ChildFund Cambodia in database working group and work with Alliances on reporting and coordinate communicating;
  • Perform other duties as advised by line supervisor.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor / Post graduate degree in social development or other related field.
  • Good English language knowledge, both writing and speaking.
  • Experiences Develop App for any study purpose and data collection activities
  • Experience working with children, and youths in rural community.
  • Experience in writing case study and project progress report.
  • A highly self-motivated and committed person with a strong interest in learning.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience of sponsorship management

 

Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding or sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH) risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding and PSEAH policy and procedures, and conduct yourself consistent with those policies.
