Prashant was appointed to the role of Country Director with ChildFund Cambodia in 2014. During his 23 years of career in international development, he has worked in more than 11 countries in Africa (East, Central and West) and South-East Asia Regions¬ with leading international organisations including Plan, Concern Worldwide and Care International. In addition to extensive experience in child-focused development, Prashant has led program interventions in the areas of water and sanitation, livelihoods security, education, community health and nutrition, and HIV and AIDS.

Oum spent 10 years as head of operations with ChildFund Cambodia overseeing the operations including Administration and Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Partnership, Communications and IT. Having begun his work life as a Development Worker, Oum’s commitment to working with communities, especially young people led to his first local post with a Foreign NGO, Church World Services (CWS), in Kampong Thom project. Oum now has nearly three decades of experiences in providing support to the implementation of development programs and personnel in the field office and has completed his Masters Degree in Development Management.

Narin Ouk was employed as an Operations Manager, Program Manager, Sponsorship Coordinator, Project Assistant and Administrative and Finance Assistant with World Vision International in Cambodia for over 20 years. In 2017, Narin left World Vision and continued her journey as a Sponsorship Relations Manager with ChildFund Cambodia. As a head of the sponsorship unit, she oversees all in-country sponsorship management and operations as well as liaison with ChildFund Alliance members on sponsorship relations.

Sokleang is a Provincial Manager of ChildFund Cambodia based in Kratie Province. Sokleang has been spending more than 18 years in child-focused community development works at rural communities with different international organizations like Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and World Vision International. Sokleang has completed a Master Degree in International Development Management from a local university in Cambodia.
