KEY DUTIES

• Translate child correspondences and sponsors’ letter from Khmer into English (language) and vice versa
• Assist in screening the letters for timeliness, and quality that consists of content, accuracy, confidential, and genuine
• Review the translation and customize the translation by commune or country required by Sponsor Relations Officer
• Ensure all children and sponsor information are keeping confidentially
• Other support tasks upon request by Sponsor Relations Officers

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Being able to access to the Internet
• Ability to complete tasks on time with quality
• Good command of Khmer and English languages
• Good computer knowledge
• Honesty and good communication

Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding or sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH) risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding and PSEAH policy and procedures, and conduct yourself consistent with those policies.
